-Assist and handle the job posting on various platforms and social media channels.
-Find out the requirements for new positions from various departments within the company.
-Create job descriptions for various roles and maintain a database regarding the roles and responsibilities for each and every role including the financials within the organization.
-Conduct research on various recruiting platforms and other sources for finding potential candidates.
-Conduct initial screenings of candidates and assist in shortlisting qualified applicants.
-Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, candidate communication, and interview room preparations.
-Support in the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
-Coordinate new hire orientation programs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
-Facilitate the completion of new hire paperwork, including appointment letters, forms for payroll, benefits, and other required documentation.
-Conduct exit interviews and assist in offboarding procedures.
HR Administration:
-Assist in benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
-Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters, memos, and announcements.
-Handling
-Organize physical and digital copies of employee records.
-Planning, coordinating and booking of travel tickets, hotel stays, and other arrangements for employees within the organization.
Training and Development Support:
-Coordinate training sessions and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
-Assist in tracking training attendance and maintaining training records.
-Collaborate with HR team members to identify training needs and opportunities for employee development.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience as an HR coordinator, HR assistant, or similar role.
-Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with excellent grammatical typing.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, Sales or Tele marketing experience will be preferred.
